When you contact us, we process the details you give us: name, email or phone, site location, your description and any attachments. We only use them to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out an order. The form is delivered to us via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA).

To keep automated requests out, we protect the contact form with Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA). reCAPTCHA only loads once the form appears on your screen or you start filling it in. Your browser then sends data such as your IP address, browser and device information and your behaviour on the page to Google, and Google may set cookies. Google uses this to assess whether a human is filling in the form. We have a legitimate interest in this. Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) apply.

The website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time, page requested and browser type are processed briefly to provide the website securely and quickly. We do not combine this data with other data.

We do not set any cookies ourselves and do not use any analytics or advertising services. Only Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies, and only once the contact form appears on your screen. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts or similar services.

“Get directions” and “Reviews on Google” lead to Google Maps. Data is only sent to Google when you click one of these links. Google’s privacy policy then applies.

Resend, Cloudflare and Google may also process data in the USA. Such disclosure is based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We delete enquiries that do not lead to an order after twelve months at the latest. We keep documents relating to orders for as long as the law requires, usually ten years.

The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Only the people who need your enquiry for the quote or the order have access to it.

You can ask at any time for information about your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To do so, write to nicole@wettsteinbau.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the FDPIC.

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version on this page applies.
