Subsidies
The canton of Zurich offers subsidies for external insulation and heating replacement. The application usually has to be submitted before work starts. We’ll remind you in good time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to move out during the work?
Not for the facade and roof. For the bathroom and kitchen, we plan the stages so that you are without them for as short a time as possible.
Are there subsidies?
Yes, for energy-saving measures such as external insulation or heating replacement. Check the canton of Zurich’s Buildings Programme before work starts.
What happens to the old oil tank?
We dismantle it and dispose of it properly. We can then fit out the freed-up space straight away.
Can I renovate in stages?
Yes. We’ll show you which order makes sense so that later stages don’t damage finished work.
