What we tile
A new floor in the hallway, a wall behind the kitchen worktop, a few cracked tiles in the bathroom: jobs like these don’t need a big contract. We prepare the substrate, lay the tiles neatly and leave the room ready to use.

Careful preparation
The substrate
Tiles only hold on a level, sound and dry substrate. We check it, level it and prime it before the first tile goes down.
Waterproofing
In showers and bathrooms, a waterproofing layer goes under the tiles, with sealing tape at corners and junctions. That keeps the water where it belongs.
How it works
From measuring up to the finished grout. We can often do smaller areas in one or two days.

We measure up, check the substrate and discuss tile size and joint pattern.

Tiling
We prepare, lay and grout. We screen off any dusty work.

Frequently asked questions
Do you take on small areas?
Yes. A few square metres or single tiles are no problem for us.
Can I buy the tiles myself?
Yes. We also lay tiles you have chosen yourself, and tell you beforehand how many spares to allow for.
Can new tiles go over old ones?
Often yes, if the old tiles are firmly bonded and the height works. Otherwise we remove them first.
When can I walk on the floor?
Depending on the adhesive, after a day. Grouted and fully usable, it usually takes two to three days.
